Bòrd meets public to discuss National Plan

A series of public meetings to discuss the National Plan for Gaelic will kick off in Stornoway and Inverness on Monday, 21st August 2006.

National Plan for Gaelic - Consultation Launched

The first ever National Plan for Gaelic is being put out for public consultation by Bòrd na Gàidhlig today, Monday 14th August, 2006.

The draft plan proposes measures to normalise the use and promote the development of Gaelic and its culture across the full spectrum of home and community life, building on the many successful initiatives which have already taken place across Scotland.
